Airing nationally in 8 major markets during open enrollment
periods, we teamed up with HERO Marketing to produce, shoot,
composite and distribute over 350 versions of this DRTV spot.
The campaign ran for 3 years, with revised content, f
rom year to year.

Working with 3 preliminary concepts and backed by research findings that steered us to a setting, color palette and talent guidelines, the final approach to the campaign was based on the idea of a knowledgable senior, presented in a bright, modern, Kaiser Permanente facility. All filming took place in the affluent neighborhood of Encino, in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles.
